Battery Charger

Are all battery chargers that take a micro usb cable universal? Reason being, i have quite a few from other phones, and if im thinking correctly they are all the same in different housings. Will it affect my evo if i charge with them?

It looks like my battery is at 100 % but its still a orange light while plugged in, isnt it supposed to change to green? Or does that take a while
