I know for a fact that it can at least handle up to class 6 speeds. I don't know about class 10, but if you use a class 2 vs a class 6, there is a noticeable difference in transfer and loading speeds.

Handle yes, absolutely. But the big question is whether the phone can take advantage of the available speed. I'd love to see someone do a write speed comparison on the EVO with the stock class 2 card vs one of the cheaper 16gb class 6 cards... My gut tells me that anything over a class 4 may be moot, but I would love to know for sure...
