Also got a little squeegee thingie. Two protectors for $7.98, so not bad.
Same thing here...I just got my clearfreak that I ordered from ebay and the only hole is for the camera...I agree very slick...not sticky at all.

Yeah, just one solid piece of plastic. Only the camera hole.

Re: EVO Screen Protectors Thread

Here are the clarivue's on the Evo 4G. I have to say that they are amazing. They have a slick feel and do not feel rubbery in any way. They went on in a snap and using my own method I got it installed completely free of dust

My Best Buy actually said they had brand new Evo's with pre-installed screen protectors (they put them on) and I checked one out and it looked sub-par to me (orange peel look) and rubbery feel. I had these waiting for it when I came home

Re: EVO Screen Protectors Thread

yea so i didnt want my screen to go bear while waiting on my clarivue and seeing those pics makes me so happy cause it covers the whole screen and has cutouts for the sensors and camera! Thanked for pics! But i bought some protectors at sprint store BUT they ONLY cover the screen part meaning just the 4.3 in screen portion of the phone not the entire front which i am not cool with... i want as much protected as i can so im glad the clarivue is like that cause these are pitiful... i got 1 anti glare and 2 clear for 12 bucks at sprint but im not satisfied with them so i cant wait till my order comes!!!!...

Okay so here is my method for a perfect installation of a screen protector..Thats right, I said PERFECT! No dust, hairs, etc..No steam, water etc. Here is what you need:
- 3M Blue Painters Tape
- Lint-free towel
- Patience

Sit yourself at a desk (I used my computer desk) and take about 4-5 strips of tape roughly 8" in length each and overlap them to make one big piece of tape (like a mat) You will now have a big sticky square. Flip it over and place in face up on the desk so that the sticky side faces up and tape the 4 corners down onto the desk. Now you have a fail safe in case you mess up.

Clean your phone screen and I mean check it by a light, turn it, angle it, anything that you can do to make sure it is as dust free as you can get it!

Now when you are ready, remove the top protective layer of the screen protector that your fingers will touch. Next, gently peel away the phone-side of the protective layer starting from the top making sure not to touch the actual screen protector. At this point, I lay the screen protector flat onto the tape and press it all around to catch any dust/debris. Using the protective layer that you just peeled off, snag the bottom right corner of the screen protector underneath where it makes contact with the phone and start to peel it up. Now starting from the top left corner of the phone, lay it down onto the screen starting from the top left and going down and to the right continue to apply making sure any bubbles/ripples are gone.

If you mess up, pull the protector off using the protective layer (snag it from underneath the bottom right corner again) and reapply to the sticky mat you made and start over. This will take a few tries but it makes perfect results.

Sorry I asked! That sounds like surgery.
