Facebook contacts in phone book

Ive searched, but if I missed the post I apologize.

My facebook contacts are being added to my phone book, I dont want them to do that.

I went into the accounts and sync and unchecked all of the boxes, yet still they are all in my phone book. How can I stay logged into facebook app but not have my friends in the phone book?
