memory issue

Here is the issue, my evo 3d thinks that it is out of memory when there is over 2gb left. I tried to move apps to my SD but it keeps saying that it is full. I then went out and upgraded to a 32 GB micro SD from the 8GB one i had. I copied all the files over from my old microSD and now it still thinks that it is full and will not let me move apps to SD or use my phone. It is a new/refurb 3d from asurion a couple weeks ago. Anyone know what this could be?

my first two solutions would be to 1) hard reset and see if thats the issue
2) wipe the SD card and do not put the old files back on

Re: memory issue

My phone does the same thing. Use https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...nfolife.app2sd to move your apps. I don't use the stock htc app anymore.
