different ring tones for dirrerent events
different ring tones for dirrerent events - Hey is there a way I can have a diferent ring tone for some event events but not others? Like when I get a text it is the same ring tone as when I set a reminder for something. I would like to have 1 ring tone for text and one for reminders, one for calendar events, one for gtask and so on . . .

For the text messages go to your text message inbox and hit menu, settings, and change the notification sound there.
Same for calendar alerts. As far as the rest you can look in the settings of each app and see. Some will and some won't.
