Issues with Streaming Videos on 3G/4G

For the past 2days, I cannot watch streaming Videos from Youtube and other mobile websites. I get an error that says "Cannot play Video-Sorry this video cannot be played. This is only happening when I use 3G/4G, but it works fine when I'm connected on my WIFI. Does anyone know what is going on? I have cleared cache, updated profile, reset to factory default, called Sprint CS and was told there is a EDVO outage (i don't buy this), and tried multiple browsers. I was able to view videos fine until a couple days ago.
