Have you successfully Installed the "3.16" Market? I could not. I found it interesting that the file size of 3.33mb for the "3.16" version is the same as my already installed 3.15 version. I tried to install it and it failed, I suspect I had a problem because the "3.16" file was the same as 3.15, but just a different file name.

Edit: 10-10-2011.. New version of the Android Market 3.2.0 is now available in first post!!
To install: -delete current "Vending.apk" from /system/app -rename to "Vending" (without quotes) and move to /system/app -set permissions to RW_R__R__ -reboot
