Anyone else considering returning their EVO 3D?

Now that I have my second, it does the exact same as the first which is that it drops calls consistantly where my EVO 4G didn't. Question though.....If you have 30 days when you buy a phone but it's screwed up and get another one, does your 30 days start over?
