Question on voice dial - confirm before dialing.

Hello,

Is it possible to require confirmation on voice dial? When I say a name it immediately dials but it doesn't seem as accurate as my old WM phone and I have to try to hang up before it completes the call. I tried using my BT headset in the quiet of my office - worked on my old phone even with the noise from the road.
