Question having trouble replacing my 8gb from my evo 3d

What are the steps I need to take to replace my EVO 3d gb card in to a 32 gb can someone please give me dome feed back

Thanks should do a backup before I extract the stock 8 gb before i put the 32 gb and if so how can I . Thanks

When I've replaced my SD card in the past I usually clean up the folders I no longer use then copy the contents to a folder on my computer then copy them onto the new card. This is especially important if you've moved your apps to the SD card.
