Lost my phone icon on my lock screen?

Mine went away after an update, but came back later on its own. I don't know for sure what triggered it, but maybe it was a profile & prl update? I know that doesn't really make sense, but I wasn't trying to get it back when it came back. I figured it was some other update I missed because I was too busy playing with the phone.
