Newbie: When it unlocks, makes a sound every time - not the lock/unlock notification

I am new to Android...

When I unlock my phone, it makes this weird notification/ringtone sound, from low to higher pitch constant for 5 seconds sound. How do I get rid of this? I swear it didn't happen the first day but I've been installing lots of apps and I recently installed company security feature to sync mail.

I don't have the lock/unlock "click" sound enabled. This is really annoying now. If I change to weather wallpaper it goes away but back to the swirl and it's back every time.
