Can't text 3d pictures....

I've got several friends with the 3d and we can't even send each other 3d pictures. Talk about annoying. I know it gives you the option to e-mail in 3d, but why not the same for texting? Seems really stupid to me and very limited. Possibly an update so that this can happen?

Yeah it really sucks. The even suckier thing is that while yes its great that you can send/receive the 3D pics via gmail....gmail wont let you download & open them. Gmail doesn't even offer the option. I assume because it doesn't recognize the file extension. I even tried the Download Buddy app to do it and it apparently it doesn't recognize the file format either. So now what...do we contact HTC or Gmail to get them to allow .mpo files to be downloaded/saved/opened?

As of now, via Gmail, you can send and receive them...but you can only see the 2D preview image within the email.

Ooooooh!! I never thought of that...lol...good idea! Thanks! They still need to fix it so we can send/receive/download/save/open via MMS...and/or at least be able to download/save/open the 3D files from Gmail, if not via MMS.
