Any apps out there to modify Sense 3.0?

Does anyone know of any apps that can modify the layout of Sense 3.0?

I am basically looking to swap the "settings" and the "apps" button on the Sense home screen.

Im sure this will require root but wondering if any knows of anything now?

yeah, it will req root, and a modification of rosie.apk

Ok, thats what I figured. I just want to swap the two buttons on the main sense screen (settings / apps).
