the transfer app that came with the 3vo worked flawlessly when i connected via bluetooth with my tp2. even though the tp2 is not listed in the htc phone list it will still work. (not sure if this was said i just skimmed the thread)

+1 on Funambol. Syncing was a breeze. Can sync calendar, contacts, files, pics, email. It's free and it keeps a backup of your stuff on the cloud.

Dont do any sync on your PC/Outlook or put anything on Yahoo or Hotmail.

Just put everything on your Gmail and it sync to your phone in 2 sec.

I have also put all my doc and xls on gmail too and use their app.

BTW, if you have a phone that use SIM, you dont need to do all of this. Just to bad that Sprint is not SIM.

I loaded a backup file onto the website but it only sync contacts without pictures.
I guess I should of tried to sync the touch pro 2 to the website instead?
going to try the look out app next..

I forgot about that. I never done contact with photos. So I guess it doesnt work with Gmail contacts w photos backup on the cloud.
