I've been on SERO since '06 when it was done thru that third-party. I never used my upgrade and never get offered anything. Before I upgraded to the SERO Premium (which was a hassle), I had to constantly fight to get my account recognized as a SERO. Selling my account and taking my business elsewhere! ='~[

No, I'm on a regular plan with 24% discount applied.

I'm on sero, called customer care to upgrade to pemium first. They would not give me any credits as my plan was low cost as is. The next day I called retention and they said the same at first but then changed her mind when she figured out I will be paying 50 instead of 30. She ended up giving me 50 on both my wife and my line. So ended up with 100 total. My wife just wants a normal phone so all for me. Both lines were out of contract also.

I got my first $25 Visa debit card in the mail today. Another $25 will come later. I am suprised. I am not suppose to get it cause of my heavily discounted SERO plan.

Thanks for the info. I'm calling Sprint in the morning.

I did a chat with Sprint a few days ago and got $70 x 3 = $210 credit for renewing. I then called in to order an Evo 3D and after credit/taxes it will only cost me $24! And he comp'd the activation!

Tried for the 70 loyalty credit on my 40 and 30 dollar Sero plans just now. Denied :blackeye:
