Re: $70 Loyalty/Renewal Credit??
I just wanted to share my experience. I called Sprint, told the cus. rep about the text I had received. He then transferred me over to acc. services. The guy I got was cool as hell, I told him about the website that I had gotten linked to for the $75 credit. He placed me on hold for 3-4 mins came back and said I could get the $70 credit. I said what about $75, he paused for a sec and said sure. He stated that he would apply the $70 thru the system and manually add a $5 credit. I asked if this would be immediately reflective he paused for a sec and said sure. Botta bing - Botta boom!!!
Thanks to everyone who commented on this because it def. helped me. =D> |

Re: $70 Loyalty/Renewal Credit??
Just called and gave the rep the email address. He put me on hold for a couple of minutes and told me my account has been credited $75 and sent me an email confirmation. I'm on my way to the sprint store now.

Re: $70 Loyalty/Renewal Credit??
I just called and they told me I could get the $75 renewal credit but then I would not get the discount on the device when I bought the 3D, did anyone else get the $75 AND the discount on the phone?
