Hey guys I got a quick question. I got my 2 year date moved up from Oct 1st til today and I already picked up my evo 3d and signed up for another 2 years. Do you think I can still get the 75 credit or is it to late? Is it worth a try to see if they will give me anything? Someone please let me know if you have done this and what # should I call and how should I go about it. Should I say I received the text today after I picked up my phone?

No luck. I been transfer here and there.

The guy said my SERO is already heavily discount and I cant do it.

Then I ask him why I get $50 reward offer in THE MAIL. He said system error and it sent to everyone.

Here I am going in a circle trying to save the $50 to $75.

I order my 3D thru the phone call just now. Might as well as order it thru the website and save some grief.

Like I said, I went to the Sprint store this past Fri PM.

I show the lady I got from the Sprint postcard about my the $50 to renew my contract.

She puts it in her computer, but she cant do my order because I am on SERO. I know you can, but I just didnt want to fight.

But she left this on my account which I can see on my Sprint website:

ACE $25 x 2 Gift Card Tracking $0.00

I have not been able to get $50 or $75 thru call in to the CSR on the phone.

Maybe I will get my $50 or maybe I dont? Do you know?

Yeah you can....just call and say you heard about the credit from a rep....and its each line you have on the account that's upgrade eligible....I got 2x $70 credit for me and my wife's lines before I got my E3D and after she did her upgrade the day after....just make sure u call retentions

I too was on a Sero plan, I got the $75 credit to my account but it took me bugging them for them to give it to me. I however was already on an expired contract. That may have been my leverage I didn't need to call retention or anything like that though. I did get a supervisor will call you back by the end of the day line tho. I never got a call back from a supervisor but I called them back, they gave it to me and that's why I purchased my 3VO the next day. You probably won't get it now that you've upgraded though, or did you not? Is your contractual agreement expired or is it still active?

My contract has expired many months ago. They all say I cant get it cause of the SERO. Oh well, I didnt want to keep on trying and wasting my time. I guess I just forget it. I might get it cause of that thing from few posts back.

Yea I'm also on Sero and I already got my evo 3d. I'm going to wait til the phone cost gets added to my account ( I told them to bill to my account), and after my phone cost gets posted I'm going to call them and ask why my $70 credit isn't posted. I'm going to play it off like I was just expecting it to be their when I ordered because I got the text. I will let you know if it works. :evil4:

I was shot down no to sero people $70 credit. Second time the guy was really nice he gave me $50.

I picked up an Evo 3D last night and called this number today and asked the guy about the credit. He applied the $70 with no hassle. The phone call was less than 5 minutes total. Thanks for the info!! :D
