I called again to make sure I was the primary, and told her I was working w/ someone in the premier group that would reset my upgrade once I was primary. She said she made my line primary & sent a request to reset my upgrade.

It wasn't 15min later, and she called back saying it was done....just b4 she called, I got a text saying my line was eligible for rebate. checked my account online, sure enough I'm good to go.....now I wont have to use the upgrade from another line

Good stuff! I'm glad you got the right person the 2nd time around. Looks like were all upgrading!
