Did you get it switched an taken care of? Yea i am the primary but also got my wife # eligible to upgrade too. A few people i talked to also were able to get their non primary lines eligible too. I guess they made it seem like they were gonna leave.

I called again to make sure I was the primary, and told her I was working w/ someone in the premier group that would reset my upgrade once I was primary. She said she made my line primary & sent a request to reset my upgrade.

It wasn't 15min later, and she called back saying it was done....just b4 she called, I got a text saying my line was eligible for rebate. checked my account online, sure enough I'm good to go.....now I wont have to use the upgrade from another line
