Re: Who should i pre-order from?
Radio Shack may be a better bet, unless you're dead set on the buyback program at Best Buy.
HTC Evo 3D to be $200 on contract at Radio Shack, $99 with trade in incentive | Android Central

That IS a pretty good deal... They also buy back old phones... They offered me 65 bucks for my wife's TP with a faulty keyboard.
Not bad. But I kept it. p. |

Re: Who should i pre-order from?
Sprint still is waiving mail in rebates, go to them. You get the insurance that gets you a new phone overnighted and no waiting like bb and rs makes you do.....personally I'd rather go to sprint like i did for the evo anyways.

Re: Who should i pre-order from?
Why don't you just use your credit card companies extended warranty? Most credit cards will extend the manufacturer's warranty by an additional year. This gives you a free 2 year warranty after which you're going to buy a new phone anywy
