I think that the EVO3D is getting spanked in the benchmarks due to the higher resolution of the screen. Think about it. The same thing happens with PC game reviews. As the screen resolution goes up, the frames-per-second rendering goes down.

very true...i think the resolution should be set at the same standard to see how the phones compare to each other via raw power

but then again it also lets you see how fast the phone is going to operate with it's given resolution.

I think those that get the EVO 3D will be happy with it; it looks responsive and smooth in the videos. Even if the resolution is lowering it in the benchmarks. The scores are still good and, for me, HTC Sense makes it more sweet.

Yes. Nobody will notice a difference between the SGS2 and EVO3D in day-to-day usage. This will only show up in benchmarks.
