Seedogg, I notice that the lock rings sometime show up in different positions, can they be placed, like down at the bottom of the screen or anywhere???

Are you referring to their locations in the screen shots? They all originate at the bottom just like stock. They are different in each screenshot because I am holding it there with my finger when I take that screen shot.
