Kernel help. Need OC kernel that will work with stock sprint rom

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any kernels that will allow me to overclock with the Sprint ICS ROM. or even the Sprint 2.3.4 ROM. I'm ok with the stock rom just would like the ability to overclock and run wifi tether after root.

I've tried a few of the roms out there and they all seem to have one thing or another that doesn't quite work right in them, and 80% of the roms listed in the sticky have broken links so I can't even try them

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also please if you're going to post a link to something, please try it first and make sure the file is still there.
