Edit: BTW the post above about dual core scripts reminded me, which one of Freeza's kernels did you use in this version of the ROM? Just curious? Also I read that certain ones you shouldn't use setCPU and I planned on using it again once I got thru this test phase as long as it was ok with the kernel.

You shoudnt use set CPU with and freeza kernal because they are all stock settings. Meaning none are oc at all

I don't use for oc. I actually use just to slow down processor at certain conditions ie.) Screen off, low battery etc.

Seems like it fully charged to me. Actually I was impressed because it didn't drop from 100 to 90 instantly off the charger. When I dogged it this morning checking all my daily stuff out it held It's own pretty well.

Is there a more official way for me to check? Recovery screen batt status maybe?

Freeza has it scripted to do that already.
When the screen is off it runs on on core at minimum frequenzy.

Ok that's why I asked which version of the kernel OMJ used because I was under the impression that not all of them did that and they did it to varying degrees. I didn't know exactly what the kernel OMJ used does. He picked version b which has "Dual Cores active. 2nd core max frequency 1.2GHz, Up-threshold at75. Minimum freq at192MHz." I'm not sure exactly what that means or exactly how it differs from stock. Maybe someone can elaborate

*more so the 75 up-threshold part, the rest kinda makes sense. And is it ok to still use for low battery?

Well that part simply means, ok maybe not simply but the second core, as you know its max is set to 1.2 ghz.

But its not running at that all day every day.
It powers down to a minimum frequency when not in use.

The 75 up threashhold states that the core will not speed up to 1.2 ghz untill it is using 75% of its processing capacity.

And it should be fine for battery.
