first I'm sorry for my English languge, I'm just learn.

- in ver 2.4 I've found that EPST v.2.1 update 1 wont work when I change the proxy IP address. so I must change the EPST to ver 2.3.3 from stock ROM. It better when I wanna play youtube, I use proxy 0, and proxy address 0.0.0.0

- And I found that the GPS signal on EVO 3D OMJ ROM is weaker than EVO 4G (I used OMJ ROM too). what should I do?

- battery never reach 100% even the lamp indicator colour is green. what happen with that?

- overal this ROM is good, thanks

Hey OMJ. I just got my HTC EVO 3D HBoot 1.5 unlocked and rooted HTC method using the tutorial provided in the first post. I have Twrp recovery. Everything was successful, but I have S-on and the tutorial says it doesnt matter if its S-on or S-off. In your description you stated that the device needs to be S-off. I just went ahead and flashed your updated 2.3.4 v2.5 ROM anyways with S-on. I'm just giving details from what I've done so you and others can better help me try to get Wifi tethering working.

I've started Wifi Tether and prompted me if it should gain access to Superuser. I should deny or gain access here? Another popup saying "...started with errors. See log." Once in settings I tried to edit anything I could so that my laptop could find wireless broadcast from the phone. Nothing showed up. I also checked MSS clamping and routing fix as stated in other posts to try to make it work but still nothing happens. I stopped the program and a popup stated "Unable to start tethering. Are you rooted?" Another popup after stated, "Your phone is currently in an unknown state - try to reboot?" I rebooted several times and still cant get tethering to work, however when I plugged in usb cable to get internet connection (3g), it worked fine. Help?

4Star - When you installed, did you use the method in the below YouTube video for Hboot 1.5 since you're already rooted? I followed it step by step and everything is working correctly.

^^ Yes i used the exact same tutorial and instructions from the same person. I actually have it working now. I followed some suggestions that i read from past posts in this thread. The advice was to uninstall and reinstall. Works now! I only used it while my phone was on 3g mode. I will be in 4g area soon and hope to me amazed.

Thank you OMJ for the ROM and continuous updates. Rom looks and functions great so far after using it for a few hours now.

One thing I noticed differently compared to stock rom is that there wasnt any setting for Full HD (1920 x 1080) video recording. You included this? I was excited to see that listed but when I set the recording mode to Full HD the screen went black and couldnt capture video although record button and time worked fine. Went to video gallery to try to play it but it had an error icon on the file. Video file didnt run. Other settings worked fine. Is this Full HD setting the real deal or is it just a setting that just expands video size from 1280x720? So if Full HD was added and is working, does that mean there could be a camera setting of 8 megapixel or no due to hardware limitation?

I'm using stock gps files, so maybe it's not as good as the evo 4g?

after the battery reaches 100%, the charger quits charging, and technically it is now running on battery. this was the same on the evo 4g, the charger would kick back on when it dropped to 90%, I would assume it's the same on the evo 3d. That is why it does not stay @ 100%.

many times I will check my phone in the am & it's in the high 90's, but there has been a few times I caught it @ 100%, here's the icon:

I probably need to update the OP to state "Unlocked" instead of S-off....before hboot 1.50 this was not an issue

the ROM does have updated Camera files, they've been in the ROM prior to v2.5, honestly I have not even tried to use the full hd but I just did & got the same result as u....I'll have to look into that.

so it turns out the full HD 1920x1080 is bogus....

flash this camera fix I put together (apk from steelH) and it will remove the bogus option. I'm fixing the ROM now...

Hi, first want to say I bought this phone with OMJ v2.3 and already loved it. Then I wanted to update to v2.5 and from reading this thread and some help I did my very first flash! Thanks to OMJ! I do have a couple questions if someone can help. I didn't notice where to find some settings so a little help would be appreciated:

Clock Options:
[-]Hide, Show, Center clock
[-]Show, Hide, and small AM/PM style
[-]clock color

Battery Options
[-]Show batter icon
[-]Battery text style
[-]Various coloring options

Signal Options:
[-]Show signal bars
[-]Various signal text styles
[-]Various coloring options

I see the options to change color and different icons, etc but just not sure where to go? The phone I bought had the red and blue arrows for data, blue Bluetooth and Green signal strength. I liked that and want it back.
