Best Buy Platinum Evo 3d case
It's nice!
I tried on the otterbox at radioshack, but it was way too bulky for me. But the platinum case from best buy is perfect! It fits very nicely, adds little bulk, just plain feels great! Sent from my PG86100 using Tapatalk

does it have the coating on the whole inside so it doesnt gouge the plastic of the phones corners like the evo?

What I had done with a previous case(old seidio) was just put a few pieces of scotch tape at the critical points on the inside of the case and it worked great to protect it.

I bought the one with a kickstand ($34.99) because it was the only black surface case (the others were blue, purple or white and $29.99). I'm taking it back because I totally forgot about the kickstand + side charging port issue.
If I'm not mistaken, there is a case+holster combo for $34.99 which appears to be the $50.00 surface combo on seidioonline.com. As I would use the holster even less than a kickstand on battery power, I'll probably go for the Active case (the gel + plastic skeleton kit also $34.99). Or totally blow off the case and get the official vehicle mount or the desktop dock when it arrives.  Other than that, the cases seem to be of typical Seidio quality and are just rebranded for BB as was the case(lolpun) last year with the 4G accessories.

I don't find the defender to be to bulky for this phone and I like how it protects the cameras.
