Is there an app to reboot the Incredible?

Aside from holding the power button and powering the phone off and then back on, is there an app that would "soft reset" or reboot the phone? I have a stock rom and have not rooted the device yet.

"Quick Boot" works well. You have to have root though. It lets you reboot, boot into bootloader, and boot into recovery.
