Bluetooth for phone works but music quit on me!

My Jaybird Sportsband grabs calls fine but the pause and song skip functions don't work with the music player. It is very annoying to have to reach into your pocket and fumble around to talk to someone. Whats up with that? Worked fine with my Palm Pre.... Thanks out there.
