Incredible did something weird

My DI just did something very weird, I got a call and went to answer it and it hung up on me, then they called back it hung up on me again when I hit answer and then it said that the android phone has stopped unexpectedly. and FC on me. I restarted and tried it again and as long as I dont put it up to my ear it is fine, as soon as I cover the light sensor and the screen turns off it loses signal and drops the call. has anyone else experienced this.


edit: found the problem, somehow my phone dialer and dialer storage were in the auto-kill list in my task manager, I took it off and everything was fine.
