Re: 6 am.....INCREDIBLE DAY
Picked up mine this afternoon after playing with it for an hour in the store, fast light and sexy. It kinda hurt to lay my touch pro 2 down, it has been a great phone, Windows killed it poor thing.

Re: 6 am.....INCREDIBLE DAY
Got mine at around 2:30 also. I am loving it! I didn't know what I was missing & was a solid windows mobile guy yesterday. You just don't know the difference until you try it out. Don't know why I waited so long for this purchase.
Speech to text is pretty nifty with the icon sitting right there in the keyboard. Only problem I have so far is HTC Mail widget not showing Gmail accounts. It seems like I'd have to add my Gmail account a second time to get it to show up in the widget. Not sure if that makes too much sense to me. Very light weight & a very responsive screen. The browser blows Opera away with how fast it is. Hope everyone is enjoying it as much as I am!

Re: 6 am.....INCREDIBLE DAY
ok so the camera flash on this thing... it's like a real flash, on a real camera.
very fast, very smooth, in everything it does. I get the same rating in my house from mobilespeedtest.com that I got with my sprint diamond. pinch to zoom is really neat to have. gotta change my info about what phone i have...

Re: 6 am.....INCREDIBLE DAY
Just played with a co-workers Incredibile. He just happened into the store today by chance and replaced his 10 year old Blackberry with this new beast. I do all the exchange server setup on new phones, and when he handed me the phone I was so confused. I thought there was no way he had this phone on day one. But he did...
The phone is super responsive. The screen is very sharp. He had a nice rubber protective case on the phone that fit really nice and looked good. The screen is a finger print magnet. A screen protector of some kind should be applied to help with that. |

Re: 6 am.....INCREDIBLE DAY
I just went and looked at the incredible and its awesome, and its a **** hair better than my/nexus....
but that trackpad sux bad compared to the trackball, the trackpad only scrolled one at a time, takes too long to scroll, nexus can go slow. or fast and more than a few lines if needed, plus it glows colors, I put incredible ahead, but they should have kept the trackball imo.....

Re: 6 am.....INCREDIBLE DAY
an article on android central stated that trackball issues was the reason verizon nixxed the n1.
but anyways, this phone just frickin rocks! over the last 18 or so months ive had a tp1, tp2, imagio, and the droid and this phone just destroys them all by a wide margin. sense is SOOOO much better on this phone that on winmo. htc has done a fantastic job with this puppy. its a bit to light for me (everyone always complains about the weight of the tp2 but i actually liked it) and its tough trying to get used to a sip only phone again but its worth it so far |

Re: 6 am.....INCREDIBLE DAY
I for one like the new optical trackpad, but I agree, the driver needs some work to track at a higher refresh rate or something. I don't like the port being on the side, I wish they could have stuck with a bottom port. Also the back cover is a bit cheaper then other HTC devices, clip on instead of sliding... The jury will be out to see if it holds up.
