ahhh jealousy, such an ugly sin! haha. The only people saying those things most likely fall in to one of these catagories:

1. Not up for the new every two
2. Can't afford to buy one 'with' their new every two
or
3. Can't afford to buy one outright

So instead, they just bash it. Childish behavior.

Phone Arena said today that because of the demand for the Incredible vzw says any orders placed today won't be delivered until May 5th or so.

Verizon's website said all orders received by 3:30 pm yesterday would be shipped overnight.

if you ordered at 6pm you are looking at May 5th.

Well, ordered mine 04/27 and I am still in "Your order is currently being processed, please check back tomorrow" status. Either it didnt get updated with shipping info or I won't be getting it today as promised.

Some locations are out of stock and are having stock redirected to those locations.
Who can say what is going on in your area - call customer service with your order number and you might get an answer . I would call asap.

Despite a coupla screwups by Verizon (omitted the company name and room number), the phone got here this morning. Chances are I won't be able to play with it until next Wednesday.

Why is that ? (next Wed.)

HTC Sync soon , being upgraded for Incredible.

My office is unpleasant, and I don't want to work with the phone here.

Then I have to run around tonight, Friday night, and Saturday thru Tuesday, getting my daughter up to Job Corps in Albany, NY.

I'll crash Tuesday late night. Taking Wednesday off, and that'll have to be phone day.

The only problem might be having to sync with Google until HTC Sync is ready. We'll see.

Yeah , I have a gmail account so guess I'll move my hotmail stuff to gmail and sink all the contacts w/gmail. Haven't updated that gmail account in years.
