well i had to call to make sure they had it, that way i could call around other stores if they didn't have it, but luckily i called and they said they got them in at noon today. thank god i wasn't waiting at the door when they opened, haha, i woulda spawned a pitch fork and a torch had that happened. still stuck at work right now, on break. got a little over an hour to go.

so i recall reading when i got my tp2 (somebody made a huge thread about battery info on, ppcgeeks i believe) and i never charged mine all the way up. it came around 50% charged, i ran it till it died then fully charged (power off), ran it down again, then fully charged again. and my batt life was great on the tp2. so i may do that again. but everywhere i have been reading about the incredible says to charge it fully before using it. if i do that i'll be waiting another couple hours after i pick it up to charge it. whats the consensus on this battery initial charging thing?

I've got the Droid1 batt charging on my Imagio charge dock and will charge overnight. No plan after that. with 3 batts can't run out of juice. I keep the phone plugged in at work and in the car so I have juice all day. Spare in briefcase for emergencies. Lot to learn about this phone so I will burn some juice the next few days. The back is a trick to take off. Sorry you don't have yours yet.

Tp2 battery which is a 1500 mAh works in my "droid i"!! hopefully that will be a longer lasting one!!

i really dont like the snap on case i feel like im going to break it mine came with a 2gb mem card (not like im going to use it) and display protectors

will try to be on the ppceeks podcast tonight

o yeah my replacement tp2 comes in the morning

excellent find for the battery though, very very excellent find!

VZW is comming out with a 2150 mAh batt and cover soon.

gah, finally got it! i used it for a whole two seconds at bestbuy to program it, haha. its charging as i type. i love the form factor, so slim, makes my old tp2 look like a brick. teh screen was unbelievable. i thought my tp2 screen was amazing, this just kicked that up about 10 notchs. man can't wait to use it. you guys need to run your phones for a day with the stock batt then a day with the tp2 batt and report the difference. i'd love to keep the slimness of the phone, but want a little extra juice. i sold my tp2 otherwise i'd test it.

anywho, impatiently waiting for the charge light to turn green. maybe i'll go have a staring contest with it! why can't we have capacitor like batteries already?! charge in 10 second, use all day would be so nice...someday someday
