Oh yeah, one other thing... I've read that it has a 12 pin micro usb port, normal micro usb is 5 pin, so is this a new version of the ExtUSB like the older HTC devices have used, that carries audio out and video out? Does it come with any adapters in the box by chance?

I really hope it is, as I use mine for audio alot in the car, and would hate to have to plug in power in the bottom and audio in the top, as opposed to now just one plug in the bottom with my TP2.

i have one.... the speaker is superb. Can't remember if it was the nexus one or desire, but I remember hearing the speaker sucked on one of those so i was worried... ended up being surprised by how loud it is on the Incred. tho. Didn't notice distortion at loud levels either..

Their site says orders placed before 4pm on the 28th will receive them on the 29th.

Yeah , I am excited also , but will have to start over again after 5 yrs with winmo , will have to learn android. But it will be fun.

I'm in the same boat, been with Winmo for years now, but I'm actually welcoming a change. I'm tired of the performance issues I always have with Winmo, even the most rock solid ROM will eventually get laggy, buggy and slow, forcing a flash or hard reset. The out-of-the-box feature set with the Sense/2.1 combo is more than I could ever hope for with the most bleeding edge Winmo ROM anyone could come up with.

Same here, been using WM since I started in PDAs + smartphones (a toss in a couple Palm OS in the beginning LOL) but I really think it is a time to change. I think my current WM 6.5.x(?) ROM by Evidence is really the best I can get out of WM currently and WM7 really isn't doing anything for me, so even if I don't like Android (still a bit hesitant about the customization factor) in a couple years WM may get better and bring me back.....besides, I'll still have my Omnia to fall back on LOL!!!!

The Incredible is the device to bring me to Android though.....thinks should get interesting in these forums!!! :D

I think if enough people get this phone someone will root it (open it up ) and you will be able to mod it the way you want it. I sure hope so.
