rooting and rom ?'s
Ok I'm sure this has been asked before but I couldnt find what I was looking for. I just got my droid eris and I wanted to root it,the question I have is I got all the current updates from verizon and I was told I couldnt root it or flash a custom rom. Is this true ? If not could someone point me in the right area please.

Yes if you have boot loader 1.47 you can.Also check here has a lot of good info http://androidforums.com/htc-droid-eris/
