not really the "best" but its good. i dont really have any use for it anyway because the default browser works well

Fennec will be good as well whenever its will be released(and im not talking beta)

The default broser was pretty damn good, but I'm liking Dolphin a lot!

I like Dolphin browser but scrolling in it is slower for me than on the stock browser
