Somebody please help!!!!!!!

I have been racking my brain trying to figure out how to fix this problem I have with this Diamond. Upon power up, it freezes on the Touch Diamond screen and Where the "R" is for radio version it says NONE! How do fix this? ANY assistance would be deeply appreciated. Thank you in advance

We need more information, but I'll give it a shot. Assuming that your Diamond is a CDMA version and not GSM ... have you unlocked the phone? If so, then you might try flashing a new radio, such as the Sprint or Telus radio that is noted in the stickies in the Diamond upgrade forum.

If you have not idea what I'm talking about, pm me and I will walk you through it.

Im sorry, it is CDMA.Ive tried unlocking with the spl mfg and kept getting the error message and it wouldnt take. Im trying to figure out how to flash a new radio when I cant connect to active sync when its stuck on this screen.

Put it in bootloader (Vol down + center of D-Pad + Back + Power for 5 secs.).
