TF3D clock not updating

if i open "clocks&Alarms" under settings it shows the right time and if i enable the clock to appear in the top bar when running programs it is correct and updates, but the home screen clock doesnt update...
if i tap it and go to the screen to choose what time zone im in, they all have the correct time, its just the home screen clock that isnt updating...
