Black dots on camera

So I got a refurbished Diamond (my 3rd) from Sprint several months ago. I didn't take any pictures for a while and have since cancelled my insurance (its a ripoff). I've realized that my camera has 3 distinct black specks on it. Anyone have this happen? I've cleaned the lense on the case as well as the camera itself and neither has helped. Anyone else have any ideas?
