How do i change the backround ?

I know the answer is here but im having a hard time finding it. I have a sprint diamond running on Calkulin's V3 9/16. I have searched on his post but there is 884 pages to go through and i cant find my answer. I know how to change the backround on the home page with the clock on it but on tf3d i cant figure out how to change the other tabs backrounds. Any help with this would be great. Thanks in advance
