sprint diamond wont stay connected to phone as modem

my diamond wont stay connected to phone as modem it will say sorry but the user has timed out after like three hours i figured out how to get it to keep charging take the battery back off and place it in front of a fan of some sort but it wont last after 3 hours it will just disconnect please help thanxxx in advance oh yeah i tried diamond tweak and advanced config also still no luck
