Re: Help fixing rainbow spot on diamond screen?
It still has the manufacturer warranty. The earliest Diamonds were sold in July/Aug of 09 IIRC. Take it to the Sprint store and see what they say.
Sprint will still do an in store exchange to help you along with the manufacturer warranty, so you don't have to go to the manufacturer.

I have the same issue, I think I will go tonight or tomorrow and try and get a replacement. I'll keep you posted and let you know how it goes. Good luck!

Re: Help fixing rainbow spot on diamond screen?
You should be able to get it fixed through HTC then.
By bad ESN do you mean delinquent account, or bad ESN for other reasons? |
