Happened to me awhile ago.
Try a soft reset, if you haven't already.
Worked for me.

well i called asurion and they send me a phone but that phone had the screen lifting up so i had to call again to get another phone. And my old phone works but only for a few seconds then I have to wait days to get it to work again because in the end of those few seconds the phone turns into a wierd screen each time is different.

Well now I have to wait another day to get my phone because fed ex could't find my house that sucks. Does anyone here not like asurion.

I never had an issue with them the only time I had a talk with them lol... they always ship to me via UPS :P can't beat the people in brown clothing haha

I always read comments that asurion is bad and everything but they always make me happy because i used to have the htc touch vogue and they send me the diamond but im guessing they are doing that all the time now and now they sent me a refurbished phone that doesn't work and now they are sending me a brand new one which is really good because i had a lot of scratches in the old one.

I've never had any real problems with them. And yes, I love UPS shipping much better.

Well my phone just did the same thing. I woke up Sunday morning and found that my phone wouldn't turn on. It had a fresh battery when I left it Saturday night. I tried swapping the battery, hooking it to my pc, soft reset, hard reset and nothing has worked. I've already called Sprint and have a replacement on its way but this is frustrating as hell because this phone was a replacement and was only two weeks old. My previous Diamond had a bad charging port and wouldn't sync with my PC. Now that I'm receiving refurbished phones, I get the feeling I haven't received my last dud.

maybe they refurbished my phone and gave it to you lol.
What was awesome about when that happened to me and i got my phone replaced is that they gave me a brand new htc touch diamond free of charge, and its from asurion.
