Who's staying with their Diamond?

but say for example you tell them you keep having problems with the diamond ( and are fed up with it), do you think they will give you the touch pro,or the diamond 2 if it is available

There are always exceptions to every rule, but 99.999% of the time you are getting another Diamond.
