There is a scrobbler for Last FM and Pandora exists but it uses a compressed stream (I think 64k) which isn't as good quality.

Try 1.FM.
They also use the MMS protocol so you can stream it on your Windows mobile assuming you have a data plan. |

I use www.thestreamcenter.com, it works great, has both AM and FM.

You could try a site like 000audio.com, or you could look into ShoutCAST websites. I personally like this one called laut.fm

After reading this thread, I started up my Kinoma Freeplay app to check. It has Shoutcast channels. And if you click on Kinoma Guide there all all sorts of other radio streams, although the Clearchannel ones wanted me to upgrade to the pay version or Kinoma, many others did not. I also use the Lastfm app and ocasionally Pandora.
