How do i erase programs that wont delete from remove programs

Im havin a hard time trying to figure out how to remove programs. i know i goto setting and then system and the remove programs but they just wont erase it just says it cant remove the program all the way. Is there a program i can use to help remove programs. Thanks for you help in advance.

ive had the same problem but it should ask you if you just want to remove it from the list. ive always said yes and ive had no conflicts as if the program was still on the phone at all. and of course with this phone space really isnt a problem so if one tiny file from the program is still on there, its never really bothered me anyway

Some programs or cabs, like clocks, say that the program cannot be completely removed. I have noticed that if you re-install the cab it will remove it from the programs list. I don't know how it works but I have done this numerous times and it always works for me. You guys might wanna give it a try.
