voip with telus

Hi, what i am doing wrong, i have tried many roms, and i cant activate the voip (internet calling) on any roms that i have installed
tried to install wm6voipfull.cab,voip driver,raphael_voip etc et etc

i have created my sip information from sip config tools

but whenever i look under phone setting, there is no options (internet) so i can choose when to use the voip

when i select the internet calling on the home it does not show anything on the home

i need help
