i cant uninstall fim 2.2.7

i want to install 2.2.8 but it wont let me because it says cant uninstall previous version so im stuck with no app + i cant update.

nope thats bs........
so what i did was installed it anyway and it said unsucessfull but when i went to fim.exe it appears the version is now 2.2.8 so whatever im just leaving it like that and theres nothing wrong with it i guess so far......you have to look for it after you install it internal storage\programs\fim\fim.exe you know the drill.
