if i lost my touch is the insurance company given the diamond as a replacement i only ask because people that lost their mogul got touch pro as their replacement

fair warning: it's a bit of a gamble because if they happen to have the original in stock they'll give you that but i bet youd get a diamond

This is true, and they will not be able to confirm the replacement device until the claim is filed.

I got a Diamond for my 6800 because that was what the store had in stock. You may be able to ask if you can get a certain kind of phone within their replacement options.

Not true, you will see which replacement device just before submitting the claim
